No, you dont need to activate your support portal account, but we'd really like it if you did.
Using our support portal will give you access to extra information about your support issue and give you better visibility across any support tickets you've got open with Lacklands. Users logged into the support portal will also be able to access live chat with the Lacklands team who will be able to assist with any queries you have.
We highly reccommend that all retail stores that work with Lacklands use the support portal. If you do not wish to activate your account, don't worry. You will still receive any important information about your tickets via email.
