Our customer support portal is a separate entity from our company website. Products cannot be purchased form the support portal which is only used for support issues such as returns, supplier variance requests and repairs. All this means is that your Lacklands website login will not work for the support portal and vice versa. 


To access your tickets in the support portal a support account will automatically be created for you if you contact us with a support issue either by phone or by emailing helpdesk@lacklands.co.nz Otherwise you can sign up for an account here.
