Everything being returned to Lacklands needs an RMA number, and the process is very easy.


Simply click New Support Ticket just next to the support search bar. This will take you to an email form so you can enter your email address and particulars about any products you wish to return, be they faulty, changed mind, incorrectly sent, etc. When completing the form please specify the PO/Invoice number the item was purchased on. If the item is being returned due to a fault please provide details surrounding the fault, and also a copy of the customers proof of purchase.


This generates a unique ticket number for your query. A team member will follow up as soon as possible, issuing an RMA number if authorised, or asking for more information.


When sending back to us, the RMA form you receive must be inside with your own paperwork for this and the RMA number written on the outside of the packing for ease of identification.
