Each customer inquiry that we receive is allocated a ticket number in the Lacklands Support Portal. This is a reference number that we can use to track your query so it's a good idea to keep the number handy if you need to follow up on anything.
As soon as we log your enquiry, a ticket is generated and assigned to one of our team members who help you to get it resolved. Opening your ticket in the Lacklands Support Portal will give you a full correspondence history, information on the current status of your case, and will also give you the ability to open a live chat directly with the team member who's helping you out.
