There is no authorised service centre for Leica products within New Zealand.
To preserve the value of your Leica product, all repairs and servicing are handled by Leica’s very own technicians.
If you have a Leica product that you would like to be serviced or repaired, please complete the online service request form.
What we'll need from you:
- A brief description of the fault
- Photos/videos that will help us to identify the issue
- Serial number of the unit
- Your original purchasing receipt or warranty card (This would've been included in the original packaging of the unit)

Once you've submitted the online request service form, hold tight and a team member will be in touch with instructions on how to return your gear to us. We will then forward it onto one of Leica’s service centres based overseas.
