Simply click New Support Ticket just next to the support search bar. This will take you to an email form to enter your email address and particulars about the service. This will generate a unique ticket number and a team member will follow up as soon as possible with the best solution.
Once an action is confirmed, we'll let you know where to send your repair.
We advise marking any package with your ticket number to make sure your service goes smoothly, as well as completing any paperwork in full.
